COVID-19 Fight for survival

Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a human to human transmitting disease which is caused by coronavirus 2 or SARS-coV-2. Coronavirus origin are said to be the wet markets in wuhan province of china. On 31st December 2019 wuhan municipal health commission, china, reported a number of cases with symptons like pneumonia in wuhan and a novel coronavirus was eventually identified and after that numerous cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) started spreading in different parts of world. Many country started taking action and started checking and screening people for coronavirus in airports. Coronavirus cases started increasing rapidly and it was found that novel coronavirus (COVID-19) can be transmitted from human-to-human and after that on 11th march 2020 WHO( world health organization) declares novel coronavirus (COVID-19) a global pandemic.

After WHO declares novel coronavirus (COVID-19) a global pandemic many countries started to take action to limit the spread of COVID-19 in their country. Flights were cancelled, travel restrictions were imposed and government started telling people to follow social distancing to limit the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

  • Loss of speech or movement

PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19

  • Clean your hands regularly with soap or use alcohol based hand sanitizer.
  • Maintain social distancing and keep safe distance.
  • Stay home if you feel unwell
  • Cover your mouth with napkin you cough or sneeze
  • If you have fiver, cough and difficulty breathing seek immediate medical help

After all the effords made to stop the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and making people know about the symptoms and prevention methods novel coronavirus didn’t stop it spread like a wildfire. After wuhan province in china, Europe became the new epicentre countries like Itly, Spain, France and Germany started seeing spike in cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Thousands of new cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) were reported daily and many deaths were also reported, countries with the best medical facilities in the world were unable to predict this outcome and daily rise of cases and deaths in Europe keep increasing and it also put pressure on doctors and medical personals due to rapid increase but brave doctors keep fighting and protecting at the front line of this war against novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and countries started imposing lockdown, a third of the globle population was on coronavirus lockdown and making people stay at home at all cost to slow the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

 India was also affected by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) as india reported its first case of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) on 30th January 2020 a student from wuhan, china who tested positive on her return to kerla. India started screening passengers who are coming from novel coronavirus (COVID-19) affected countries at airport. But the cases keep rising on 22nd march 2020, India observed a voluntary public curfew of 14 hours at the instance of prime minister Narendra Modi after that 21 days lockdown nationwide was announced affecting the entire 1.3 billion population of india after that lockdown keep increasing to 3rd may 2020 then 17th may 2020.

Lockdown was a necessity to slow the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) not only india but lockdown was observed around the world, life came to a hold. Novel coronavirus (COVID-19) affected many people not only those who are found positive or those family members who lost their love ones because of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) also those who lost their jobs because of this pandemic and those who are daily workers and are homeless who a unable to feed themselves of their family during these hard time. Government are helping people who are in need but a government can do so much for then especially in india a country of 1.3 billion people. We are fighting on many fronts out doctors fighting to help in this pandemic and our police to maintain the lockdown and us citizens to make this lockdown a success to fight against this global pandemic. Total confirmed cases in india as of 22nd may 2020 is 118 k and deaths 3583 and we are still fighting it may take some time for people to overcome all the hardship people are phasing  around the world but we will overcome this and will defeat novel coronavirus (COVID-19). # STAY HOME STAY SAFE
